Hi there! I’m Mckinzie Parden, the founder and childcare liaison at Major League Nanny. With over 15 years of experience as a classroom assistant, career & celebrity nanny, au pair and newborn care specialist, I’ve dedicated my career to nurturing and supporting families in their most cherished moments. Now, as a mother and military wife, this agency has allowed me to remain in the childcare game and offer my expertise to multiple families simultaneously instead of just one at a time.

In 2023, I hit a home run by starting Major League Nanny. Why the name? Well, it’s a playful nod to my passion for baseball (Go Braves) and the idea of building an all-star team for your family. Just like a great baseball team, we’re dedicated to pairing you with top-notch nannies, newborn care specialists, and house staff who are a perfect fit for your unique needs.
